Review the ten types of intuition below. The more you can identify, the higher your awareness of your intuition is—and the better your opportunity to harness intuition for your success.
•Dreams: Do you sometimes get information or answers to questions in your dreams?
•Images: Do you allow your mind to access images from a stream of consciousness that provides deeper awareness?
•Symbols: Do you identify symbols that click for you or provide an understanding that you need?
•Synchronicity: Do you hear a song on the radio that means something to you, and do you find that you get exactly what you need at the time you least expect it?
•Flashes of perception: Do you get hunches when your mind is otherwise engaged such as when you are driving, cooking or taking a shower?
•Daydreams: When you need to solve a problem or get inspired, do you find your mind wandering to an altered state of awareness, checking out options and possibilities?
•Knowing: Do you get an internal “hint” telling you that something is either right-on or out-of-whack? You just know it immediately and don’t question what you know?
•An Inner Voice: Do you hear a voice sometimes that seems to guide you to the right place or tells you what action to take in a situation or relationship?
•Sensations: Do you get chills, hair standing up, and ripples of energy at the back of your neck when you need to pay attention to something?
•Gut level feelings: Do you ever feel those butterflies, chills, tightening or knowing in your gut?
Does your gut ever rumble, constrict or try to get your attention is some way? (Assuming, of course, that you’re not just hungry!)
